KLD Engineering, D.P.C. (KLD) is a small business incorporated in 1997 in the State of New York that focuses on professional services. 

We are a team of engineers and data analysts with extensive experience providing traffic engineering, strategic planning, transportation planning, and related services. We often work through on-call contracts with agencies such as the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New York State Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Transportation, and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA). 

KLD has successfully completed challenging, high-profile, award-winning projects such as Midtown In Motion, For Hire Vehicle Studies, Brooklyn Queens Expressway, Restoring the George, Port Authority Bus Terminal, JFK and Newark Airports Redevelopment, and Congestion Pricing.
